The main purpose of the trip was skiing, so the immediate closeness of the bus station was really excellent. Just do your research since it is quite easy to get to Fleckalmbahn and back, but going to Kitzbühel (and Hahnenkamm) is a different story. The hotel itself gives off nice authentic vintage impression, although the room seemed a bit old-ish but clean. The size of the room was really nice and it had wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The only inconvenient thing was the location of the electricity sockets, all else was great. Essen und Getränke: Restaurantbesuch am Abend. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich... ein großes Haus mit einer minimalistischen Auswahl an Speisen, die völlig uninspiriert, durchschnittlich und teuer sind. Das Schnitzel vom Schwein kostete 21 € und war lediglich mit zwei dunkel gebratenen, hauchdünnen Fleischstücken serviert, ohne jede Beilage. Anstelle einer Zitrone gab es eine winzige, saftlose Limette. Dazu Pommes ohne Salz. Kein Salatblatt, nichts. Mein erster Eindruck von der altmodischen Außenbestuhlung war zutreffend... ich hätte lieber umdrehen und im Wohnmobil kochen sollen.
Hotel has a somewhat older Austrian decor. But we had a great week. Rooms were very clean. With towels and bathrobe for the pool and sauna. We had breakfast and dinner there. That was really very good. We had a choice menu in the evening. With 3 options for the main dishes. Really everything was very tasty, good flavours. And always schnitzel or pasta for the kids. Alexander was a topper in the service. The pool and saunas were nice after a day of skiing. Everything very neat and clean. Within 4 minutes by car or bus at the slopes. Recommended to go.
Really great place The food is very good, have never eaten so well in a hotel, everything is organic. Rooms are clean too. Wellness area is clean and the saunas are excellent for a relaxing evening and balance after hiking. Staff is so friendly and nice, rarely experienced such nice staff. We are positively surprised by this hotel and would visit it again in a heartbeat. Will definitely recommend it. We were completely satisfied. Rooms: 5

Were here for dinner. Unfortunately, the pancake soup was totally diluted and not spicy enough. Schnitzel was okay, baked very dark but unfortunately very few side dishes (these were very salty). Vegetable curry very spicy but unfortunately not enough side dish (rice). It's a shame, if the chef had tasted it beforehand, it would have tasted really good. Service: 4
Very bad hotel, staff is very unfriendly and not professional. Got a room that did not match the photos on the website at all, it looked like a room from 1950 (I think the stuff actually came from) no pillows on the beds and no duvets. A group of us spent a week at Hotel Bruggerhof and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The spa was lovely. The breakfasts and dinners had lots of variety and all very delicious. The employees throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Super Hotel und Wellnessbereich, alle sehr freundlich. Die Ausrichtung auf Nachhaltigkeit entspricht genau dem Zeitgeist. Eines der wenigen sogenannten Bio-Hotels, die tatsächlich auch so sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
