If you are looking for birria with that tijuana flavor you found the place. The birria here taste just like it does in tijuana and is very delicious. For those that dont know the birria from tijuana has a little dash of salt to its flavor and thats what makes it unique from birria made in other parts of mexico. But dont worry thats not a bad thing it still taste delicious. I went and picked up a couple of things and enjoyed everything. This is hands down the best birria I've ever tasted! Everything I tried — the birria plate and two tacos — was packed with flavor and absolutely satisfying. I might have to give the burrito a try next time. The consome is top-notch! The only downside is that I might end up going broke from how often I plan to come back and indulge in this delicious food.
I had the queso taco and shared a quesadilla, and they were both merely okay. I'm not sure if I'd return to try something else. I visited on a Friday night, and the place wasn't busy, so maybe I just happened to go on an off day.
