on 26 this year I met two of my friends in the happy Valley Biscuits for brunch. we ate outside on the terrace, and it was wonderful. the food was all delicious (I had the lemon beard French toast) and we had a pleasant time together. my spouse and I regularly come to this place because it is close to our work. in the rule it is good to eat and decent service. today was different, we waited for, sat when there were many open places. we were finally sat by a host (dalton) and then he took our drink order. Except we waited 20 minutes for two coffees and two water that had to be delivered by someone we had to follow down. whitney was our server, she was extremely apologetic to wait for us. she ensured that our coffee was full while we waited for our food and continued to check with the kitchen staff how she cheers several other tables. after approx. 45 minutes are waiting for a bun and waffel and boom boom boom toast. we hav...
Poor service, waited too long for food, had to ask for second cup of coffee, others came after us and were served before us. THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM. Cook did not know how to serve corned beef hash, had to use a steak knife to cut. You'd think after we asked if the manager was in, they would want to know why, or at least told us they were busy and would be right over, but still had to wait. Finally ended up leaving. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not very attentive. Plenty of other places, no reason to go back.
they have already come here with friends, they can be pretty busy, but still they get their food in time! I always love the portions for the price and how to fill it. everyone is always so sweet and will talk to them about their day and only small events. always a nice place for a quick brunch moment to go the new manager is very friendly and was a pleasure to speak!
