1. Whitney, our server, handled a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. Despite the customer's rude behavior, Whitney remained cool and provided excellent service to us. It was disappointing to see her treated unfairly, and I truly hope that customer does not return. Whitney was friendly, capable, and we were very satisfied with her service. 2. My family and I LOVE our local Biscuits Cafe, not just because of the generous portions, delicious food, and reasonable prices, but because the staff is amazing. They make the experience enjoyable every time just by being friendly, welcoming, polite, and going above and beyond for the customer. Ben, in particular is always a joy, as are the ladies who have assisted us but I'm drawing a blank on their names. They are all wonderful! My spouse and I frequent this restaurant because it is conveniently located near our workplace. Typically, the food is good and the service is decent. However, our recent experience was less than satisfactory. Despite there being many available tables, we had to wait to be seated. Once seated by the host (Dalton), we waited 20 minutes for just two coffees and waters, which we had to track down ourselves. Our server, Whitney, was apologetic and attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and checking on our order. I am a bit disappointed today l am a regular customer and l called to place a order to go and was turned away for service indicating they were too busy. I said l will come in then. I came in the gal said to order at counter which l spoke to the same person and he said no again. I asked to speak to owner she told him she was too busy to speak to me. I am a business owner l would never turn away service. I am a bit confused as to why this happened. I then called the other location in Johnson Creek they were happy to take my order.
Poor service, waited too long for food, had to ask for second cup of coffee, others came after us and were served before us. THE FOOD WAS BARELY WARM. Cook did not know how to serve corned beef hash, had to use a steak knife to cut. You'd think after we asked if the manager was in, they would want to know why, or at least told us they were busy and would be right over, but still had to wait. Finally ended up leaving. The waitress was pleasant enough, but not very attentive. Plenty of other places, no reason to go back.
Love it here! Amazing food my favorite is the red potatoes cooked with sauteed onion and garlic and flavorful seasonings not so much salty though which is good. And then they have the best strawberry homemade jam that I love to dip my pancakes into! And the ranch dressing is the best I also love dipping my potatoes into! I have been to alot of different locations and the coffee blend is yummy and they have different flavored creamers you can put into it if your into that. Amazing food service!
I have visited this restaurant with friends before, and although it can be quite busy, we always get our food on time! I appreciate the generous portions for the price and how satisfying the meals are. The staff is always friendly and engaging, taking time to chat with us about our day and little happenings. It's a great spot for a quick brunch, and the new manager is very friendly and a delight to interact with.
I came to oregon to visit my long lost high school show! while I was there, I stopped and had breakfast my waitress name was laralee she was very beaten and energetic! She served me and kept me a smile on my face and laugh! tocuits it a good place with great people! I will definitely return my next trip to oregon!
Great food. The servers were nice and everyone's food was awesome! I got pancakes, and it came with sausages and eggs. Definitely worth the extra price of adding berries and cream (I'm a little lad The environment was also great and we got seated right away. I'd recommend!
