"The food is good but you way too expensive. The sour doe bread was nice but not crunchy as it had been wrapped in plastic."

I visited this restaurant twice for lunch with family and friends and was satisfied with the food and drinks. The coffee was okay, but the fresh juices were good. I also purchased croissants and baguettes to take home. The prices were on the higher side, but overall it was a pleasant experience. However, during my third visit, I saw a fly in the closet and decided to leave. When I returned on Monday, I noticed that the Mediterranean baguettes were not available in the refrigerator. I ordered them anyways and was informed that they could still make it for me. To my surprise, when I got home and opened the bag, I found a much smaller and different looking baguette than what I had previously e...

When Bisou first opened they had the best baguettes on the Gold Coast. A few weeks ago I again bought one, but upon arriving home, I realised the texture was terrible, almost undercooked. Went back today, bought a baguette and half way back to the car realised it was stale and hard. I went back and asked the shop assistant to enquire if the banquette was baked today. She disappeared out the back and after a few minutes came back and said they were making me another one and it would take a few minutes to bake. I waited about 15 minutes, during which time another staff member came over and apologised. None of the other half a dozen stale banquettes were removed from the basket. Finally I was p...

I had one of the best salads of my life here, followed a week later by one of the worst. So I decided to settle for tea or coffee and a treat on subsequent visits. I must have tried almost every dessert on offer, and haven't found one worth eating, with the possible exception of their brownies which aren't always available. Such a pity as I love the cottage style decor and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've also tried their scrambled eggs breakfast - the sourdough toast was like hard as a rock and the mountain of eggs was too much for one person. Also had a meat pie one day and found it on a par with frozen pies from a supermarket. Will stick to coffee in future!

Interesting place in this boutique shopping centre. Classes itself as a bakery but I'm not sure it is. And it's not really a sandwich shop. And - well it's not a restaurant.Maybe a cafe! However the milkshake was very good. The Panko schnitzel sandwich was ok but it was toasted. Maybe I overlooked that but I expected a "sandwich".Nice little seating area but I had to clean table myself. I asked for a serviette "to clean the table" and I got one! Thought they might say "oh I'll do that"!The staff seemed pleasant but there was little engagement. They will have to improve with the competition they have in this trendy spot. Been coming to Bisou for years it is a nice coffee shop but several issue are becoming bad, water glasses are not clean, water bottles are dirty and not change after use, tables are painted with house paint and it is peeling everywhere, you get...little white flakes over everything. We coming for coffee and sometimes meals but we want a quiet place to catch up and talk, too hard the Centre has background Music and Bisou has there own music too loud, nobody can hear so they have yell, its rubbish I know many people who have left because of the music and dirty glasses.

I haven't sat down and eaten here, but I've had several take outs now. Their croissants and pain au chocolat are the best I've had in Australia, I'd go as far to say the best I've had out of France! Their cakes are delicious too, I tried the carrot cake today - just gorgeous. We've also tried some of their bread, which was also amazing. I'm definitely going to be a regular! I really recommend everything I've tried.

I ate here. the first thing we noticed was the table unclean as others. it was not busy during this current time with kovid, they need to pick up, they are standards. the wrong big flower on the table doesn't matter. the sandwich baguette came. it was. okay, but smaller than what you could expect. I think it was a little too expensive.

I had a lovely afternoon tea at this bakery. My experience was very enjoyable. The coffee had a delicious hint of caramel flavor and the French Vanilla Slice was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant, providing prompt service. The atmosphere around the Fresh Food Court was surprisingly pleasant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
