attended a private event here today. food is actually tasty, but the staff is plain nasty, the owner was really just not a nice person in general. the family had multiple issues communicating with them throughout the entire planning phase, and the owner basically thought they were skipping out on the entire balance at the end of the party, did not even ask how the event was, only if they would be paying the bill. ALSO THE STAFF MADE THEM CLEAN UP THE PARTY AREA sans sweeping. If you are looking for a good team for a stress free flawless catering event, this is not the spot. So We called for a reservation for 7people on a Sunday. A couple days later I got a call and they said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see we are closed for a private Party OK No Problem. So now we call again and make a reservation for a Sunday at 2:30 for 7 people. I get a txt on Friday to confirm are reservation which I do. So Saturday The day before we are coming I get a call from Mike asking for me to call back which I did. He said oh I’m sorry we are having a party that day. I said are you kidding him. It was my husband's birthday and we came here for lunch. We ordered some avocado sushi to share. He ordered the burrata ravioli and I ordered the Kobe beef linguini. I saw other people's large portions and we were excited for our food. When my husband's food came, he literally only had four pieces of ravioli, some cheese shavings, and some cherry tomatoes. My husband was extremely upset. It tasted good but he went home starving and I had to cook him a meal. What we ordered was a dinner entree and not an appetizer. Was there some kind of confusion? It definitely had a good vibe, but the expanded area(not a main hall) was echoing noise so much. Flat bread was so good; a combination of prosciutto(salty but still), cheese, and dough was amazing. The other entrées were just okay...pasta had plenty of seafood, but watery sauce. The veal wasn't tender as expected. I would like to try again sometime in the near future. Service: Dine in

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was very disappointed with the salmon sushi - it had a strange, watery, milky texture that was not appealing at all. To make matters worse, there was white milky liquid in the container my food was packed in, and I even found pieces of plastic in my roll. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

I ordered clams, mussels, salad, and veal. All of the dishes were delicious. The service was excellent. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was $30–$50. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. There is plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.

1051 in Clark is the best of the best! Mike truly offers exceptional service and the food is amazing. The atmosphere is top-notch as well. I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the great work, Mike! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.
