Shocking customer service!! Visited yesterday with a friend who’s a regular. Just one other customer in. Ordered a skinny latte and cappuccino plus a scone. After sips of my cappuccino I realised it tasted strange like the milk was off. My friend said her...latte was the same so she went and politely told the lady who’d served us. She seemed unconcerned and asked two other people if theirs were ok. She said the milk had only just been opened so it was fine. No apology! No offer to make us replacement drinks!! Nothing!! We didn’t drink the coffees as we weren’t risking being ill so we left. My friend messaged the owner to share our disappointing experience and said she wouldn’t rush back. The...

ordered two complete English breakfast with coffee. very disappointed. we were the only people, but the service lasted minutes. tasty coffee and breakfast served on very cold dishes that turned the food cold. bacon and spices tasted again. platters were small as they. more than I expected a decent warm breakfast. it seemed that the two young employees were new and unskilled.
we have only dived for an ice to take along a beautiful day. the service was a little slow and it was difficult to wait close to it until there were employees coming in and out of the kitchen so that maybe they have to think that. the ice was incredible but has earned that it was staring!
