Bistro 1907 By Mark Canzonetta

We had a fabulous dinner last night at Bistro 1907. We have been there several times since its opening, and each time is better than the next. Chef Mark Canzonetta and his staff create such delightful, inventive, delicious courses. From our appetizers, to our cocktails and dessert, everything was top-notch. Our waitress last night, Leela, was very knowledgeable, professional, and sweet during our entire dining experience. As we were leaving, two other employees wished us a good evening. This restaurant is a gem, and we are lucky to have it in Youngstown!

We ate breakfast there since we were staying in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a tad pricey, but the food was really good. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly. They also had homemade brownies, which were absolutely to die for. All the staff were extraordinarily friendly.Food: 5/5

I just wanted to take a few seconds to recognize my favorite two bartenders, Sarah and Phil. They take such great care of us each time we visit, and make us feel like family. Thanks guys! Not to mention, the food is tasty and the drinks are delicious!Food: 5/5

Our server Jessica took great care of us! She was able to talk about the dishes on the menu and made great food and wine recommendations! The scallops on the specials menu were amazing!Food: 5/5

Nice place in downtown Youngstown. Vegan Focacciabrot with sharp peppers We are excellent. Vegan avocado Caesar salad, wow! Beautiful cauliflower steaks with asparagus.
