This was our third dinner at Bistro B and it is always such a treat. The food is divine, with complex flavors without feeling overly stuffy. Compared to some of the other highly rated Lyon restaurants we consider it far and away our favorite. Service is always excellent and informative with effort made to explain each dish and how it was prepared. The wine pairings are considered with great care, and act as a multiplier for the flavor of both themselves and the dishes. An absolute hidden gem in the 6th and I would 100% recommend.
Bistro B is our favorite restaurant in Lyon! We moved to France from the US and were delighted to find this gem. We take all of our visitors to Bistro B! With a menu that changes weekly, we always find dishes that keep us coming back. Do take advantage of the wine pairing option. The proprietor does a great job explaining how the wine enhances the menu. The relaxed atmosphere is exactly what we crave when having a wonderful meal. Bistro B never disappoints us!
My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Bistro B during a recent visit to Lyon. It's an intimate, casual restaurant with amazing food and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon. Also, very affordable!
