My husband and I found this gem while on a food tour of Old Montreal, it was one of the stops. After our tour was over we went back for more! The beer is excellent, we didn't get any food but what others had looked good. Our server was very knowledgeable and passionate about the beer so much so that I asked if he was the owner! He wasn't, but I really enjoy going to restaurants and breweries were the employees take ownership in the company and beer! My favorite beer was the Carmelia-brewed with green tea which is unique and made for a very smooth drink. My husband enjoyed the stout. If you're in Old Montreal try it out!
Appearing in the Montreal guide as a cheap restaurant, and the first time we visited this city, we were a little surprised at the prices (which in the end are very correct for the quality of the dishes), but the menu and the atmosphere upon entering the restaurant urged us to stay. The different flavors of the dishes, the beers are very appreciable and the result is a pleasant experience for a successful meal! The employees are very friendly and accommodating, with tips for getting around the city in a matter of hours. Thank you !
We went to their restaurant based on a recommendation from the concierge of our hotel. We were a bit skeptical when we arrived based on how busy it was and how slow the service initially was. However, when the food arrived there were no complaints. Absolutely delicious!!! I had the half chicken and we all split the brownies and tiramisu for dessert. I would go back for sure. Bathrooms are unisex...took me a minute to work that out :) - don't worry they are closed off stalls with shared sinks.
The Service from the Kitchen was very slow. The staff waitstaff was attentive but it took forever to get our food. 40 min from seating to food delivery and we had tickets to a show soon after reservation 1.5 hrs. We had to ask that our food get expedited and had 15 min to eat. The food also wasn't very good, no depth of flavor, kind of boring.

plate with few foods with a common taste. Beer is good but expensive. The service was difficult. I no longer accept the covid’s apology because the restaurant did not overflow with customers but I found the employee’s lack of coordination.
