chose the tasting menu. Deceiving flakes, 6 drunk muffins, and all identical. The dishes are good but no original preparation or presentation. We started with 1 slice of Mayan foie gras, good certe, but nothing original... Then a piece of cod with small vegetables. then of the rossini calf, the calf was not cooked enough and the foie gras medium was cold. The cheese is summed up to 3 pieces on a slate. One of the desserts was just a piece of brownie. We were not allowed to mignardize at the end of the meal.As for wine, with the menu tasting, there is 1 glass per dish. We forgot to serve the wine with the fish. the red wine with the meat we didn't like, we left it and waited to taste the seco...
it is very difficult to give an opinion on this high place of the kitchen in this good old town of laval, no false notes puts well kitchens, presentation without fault, and service to the little onion. It's a place to be recommended, don't come to the laval without discovering the betting bistro. it is always an eternal pleasure to discover the new map
I have known this restaurant forever and we have been there for important business meals as well as for exceptional family holidays.In a classic and "serious" setting, we are well received and the kitchen is in good order without being exceptional. super well decorated room. very fine dishes cooked with quality products. delicious !!! personal with little care . I am totally conquered by this restaurant and highly recommend it!
