This bistro has become my go-to spot for the calf liver dish, which I have ordered multiple times and absolutely love. The restaurant is seasonal and takes advantage of the fresh ingredients from the nearby farmer's market in Nizza. The liver is thick and grilled to perfection, served with tasty fries. The chef pays serious attention to detail and ensures that everything is fresh and delicious. While the focus is on the liver, I am confident that the steak and fish dishes are equally as delicious. The restaurant's location may not be ideal for some due to the adjacent parking lot, but the lush surroundings help to create a pleasant atmosphere. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed...
