After skiing day stopped to the terrace which looks nice.. but we couldnt get service, waited 22min and tried to call the staff.. after that we went inside to order drinks, which was not possible as they have table service. We said that we have waited very long time, and the waiter jusy laughed, and said that he does not beloeve that, and we just have to wait. After another 15 minutes we left...
A party of 8 of us went for drinks at this so called bar, the waitress was rude and kept on saying she would come over but never did. After asking to order 3 times we went to the bar inside and ordered, 20 mins later we asked another waiter to check where our drinks were and he didn’t come back either. Awful service awful staff. Definitely would not recommend
Really enjoyed my burger Lovely spot in the sun too Service patchy and they left you with the feeling the staff were all in on a joke we mere punters were not I’d sort that out if I owned the joint cos it grated and I’d rather spend that kind of money at LAbri or similar where the welcome is always warm
Went there for lunch on Friday, arrived very late , they still served us tasty food and drinks with a smile and made sure we were warm enough. great service. Lovely place situated just by the chair lift of 'le Diable '. They have a nice terrace too just off the slopes, super handy. Thank you! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had breakfast here as the location was great. Views of the mountains and skiers. Sadly that was the best bit. A plaster was found in my husbands coffee! No apology! Breakfast was ok but kind of put off my bad service. Would not go again and would not recommend.
Can't really rate the service since it was non-existent. Tried to get afterski food and drinks but left empty-handed after waiting for way too long. Place wasn't too crowded (I wonder why.. and we were group of 8 so I really don't know what's their excuse.
This restaurant has very poor service. Family of 12 went in to have lunch but we got turned away as they told us they cannot cope with 12 people on one table, so told us to leave. Avoid.
Well located next to the lift. Food is ok but definitely many better in des Alpes. Service quite slow have to work hard to get the waiters attention. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
pleasant and efficient staff. We took burgers and salads, I knew better, frozen fries ... small but sunny indoor room! open only at noon.
