We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. To start, our reservation was not in their system, so we had to wait 20 minutes for them to set up a table for us. After that, it took 10 minutes just to get water, more than 15 minutes to place our drink orders, and a half-hour for our food orders to be taken. The bread didn't arrive until after our appetizers, and there were fewer pieces than we expected. When we asked for more, it took an additional 20 minutes to get it. The food itself was just mediocre, and the service was exceptionally poor. The manager seemed completely out of touch with the operation. The quality of the food was just okay, but the service was terrible. It was clear that the manager was out of their depth; I’m not sure how they ended up in that position. We had visited the East Haven location a few times and loved it, but this experience was completely different. The food and service were lacking compared to the excellent standards we’ve come to expect from East Haven. If you’re considering one of the three restaurants, I would advise against this one as it feels like a waste of money.
I had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent; our waiter, Rudy, was very accommodating and attentive. The food was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. The dining area was warm, clean, and spacious, so it didn’t feel cramped at all. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning. I can’t say enough good things about it—you really have to try it for yourself! (Be sure to order the steak!)
We made anOpen Table reservation which they failed to acknowledge. Food was just OK which is fine 4 shore. BUT they were understaffed. 1 wSiter, one bus boy and one runner for an entire room. I’ll hey served a drink that was undrinkable from the cocktail menu and two entrees were cold. Water was not refreshed and aioli never served. Need to inrprove. I have dined here frequently, and the food is consistently delicious. It's always fresh and flavorful. The menu is diverse and creative. I absolutely love the rose salad in Brussels. The service is excellent as well!

A hidden gem with delicious food and an amazing staff. They've just opened an outdoor patio! Be sure to stop by; you'll love it as much as I do.

Enjoyed several small plates. Food was delicious especially the garlic shrimp. Waiter was very attentive.
