We have the worst service. Nobody respond to us for at least 15 minutes after we sat at the table. Then after we finally ordered, the desserts came. After another 15 minutes, I complained to the waiter the main dishes still were not served. The meat and vegetable plates came with no rice. We have to flag the waiter for 10 minutes before someone brings us the rice. The saga has not ended. After 20 minutes into the food, they want us to pay for the food because they are closing down lunch. We are interrupted 3 times after to be informed that their kitchen is closing so we cannot order anything more. It is quite a dreadful dining experience. When you need the waiters they are not there. The environment is elegant, the exquisite dishes are paired with attentive service, allowing people to enjoy the food to their heart 's content. It can also be seen that the management staff has high requirements for food quality and will not be perfunctory. Although not every dish has a superb performance, But personally, I am very a nail in the coffin .
Bistro Na's has been my favorite for a long time. However, my experience here keeps going lower and lower in terms of quality of food for the price. The noodle dish was salty and no taste. The veggie dish was ordered but somehow forgotten then brought out after we asked; the dish was more like a split portion from another table.
Amazing food! They didn't have a preset menu so we ordered like it was tapas. Waitress was nice but didn't see her after she checked on us after our food so we had to wave someone down for the check. Everyone can help you out like normal Chinese restaurants. Great presentations and some dishes are prepared at the table.
Bistro Na's has never disappointed. I haven' t been there for a year and saw that there were changes! They have new menus with beautiful photos of the food and more food entrees. We tried new items this time around and they were soooooooooo good! I can't wait to go again.
Food was quite but on an expensive side (for the overall dining experience). Tables were arranged way too tight together, thus, noise level was eclectic. Service was quite good, but just meet the expectation for places like Bistro Na.
Food was as good as before pandemic despite someone told me food wasn't good as before. The service is outstanding, servers came often to add hot water to our teapot without asking. Definitely will come back more often with friends.
Our third visit and quite disappointing. The food came out one at a time and very slowly with the fried rice last which made no sense. Two dishes were lukewarm to cold; service was reasonably inattentive.
food was really good but you pay for quality. It is expensive and with a small servng, i think it is kind of expensive. Service is also excellent, ambience is great i love the interior.
