The food at this restaurant is incredible, and the service and atmosphere are exceptional. From the beer bread to the last bite of our entrees, everything was delicious. The calamari appetizer was the best we've ever had - so light and crispy. My salmon with mashed sweet potatoes and sautéed spinach was equally amazing. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak with mashed potatoes and summer squash. This restaurant is a hidden gem on a beautiful historic street. We want to return to Lexington just to dine there again.
The meal was excellent and our server was very good. We were given fresh bread to start which was delicious. We had the lightly breaded calamari and salads before the special of crab cakes with risotto and sautéed spinach. Nice setting and low music. We will be back.
Very nice vibe at this neighborhood restaurant. We sat in the bar area; the bartender was friendly and helpful, as were our servers. Good cocktails and a delicious Brie and homemade jam appetizer. Delicious entrees-gumbo and shrimp and grits. We'd happily come again!
Excellent meal at Bistro on Main with our server Calvin. Loved the pretzel and queso, plus tomato bisque and Bistro salad. Air-conditioning was the perfect temp. Fast friendly service. Definitely coming back when we're in town again from NJ. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great service and and food was served at the correct temperatures so all 4 meals were divine! Highly recommend the lemon creme brulee dessert. The before diner bread was very fresh and served with room temperature butter. Nice touch!
The service was very good and the food was mediocre. House salad was prepared way too far ahead that the lettuce was brown. I had the bistro burger that was under cooked. Chocolate mousse and crème brûlée was very good.
Our experience at Bistro on Main was fantastic. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. We look forward to returning in the near future.
