Bistro Regent - Tisch resevieren

passing through the arcachon, we tested this bistro with family despite unfavourable opinions globally. The frame is classic bistro type, we had room to spend a nice time. the welcome was pleasant. We took three hearts of rumsteck with my boys and my wife a duck magret. We were served pretty quickly despite the restaurant being filled. We enjoyed our dishes and their famous sauce. then it was ordered 3 enjoyoles and a gd-mother chocolate cake, nothing remained in the plate at the end. We had a good time when we enjoyed our meal. However, the service at times was lacking in responsiveness, it is a pity for a young staff, is this a lack of experience?If I have to return to this establishment,...

We discovered the chain of bistros regent last year and we returned 3 times in 3 weeks! and as last summer it is always as good, we used to be received by a manager of the room and this time it was a manager of the room as attentive as the first. a service always as pleasant and listening, personally I found the perfect dishes as usual, just a note on the cooking of the beef piece that was blue instead of bleeding but fortunately the quality of the meat allows to taste this piece no matter what cooking. a good time with friends and a delicious meal! experience to renew without mistake!

unique dish at 12,90€ served with fries and salad. The salmon scalope, a little thin, is excellent.On the other hand, the service is deplorable despite the kindness of the young waiter: wait very long while the resto is not complete (workers at a table close to ours left without finishing the meal because pressed), staff a little panicked and who runs everywhere, apparently a cook who has planted the service in the middle....The person who is looking after the desserts, coffees hang out on the counter for a good time before being served, which makes it cold. after a first visit to the summer of 2015 where we had not been packed force is to recognize a very clear evolution. The menu is correct the salmon escalope at the very good plancha. fries as you need (they don't bathe in oil as the previous one) the frame is nice, the room is air-conditioned, the soft atmosphere music calling for serenity. having the habit of going to the ste eulalie or Libourne regent, We were very disappointed with that of arcachon because my sailor couldn't eat his meat so she was "innerve". We're not going to come back to the arcachon.

We didn't know that bistro regent with arcachon but we were not disappointed. Good meat, fries always excellent and very good service as we arrived lately. Great thanks to the waiter for his patience.
