Having worked in the restaurant industry, I know the effort of maintaining impeccable cleanliness and quality in a restaurant. However, neither cleanliness nor quality are the order of the day here. Closing is expected after the passage of the hygiene services. As for my meal, if a kitchen served this kind of food even to its staff, they would run away without waiting for dessert. Not too bothered by the staff and the emptiness of this restaurant. The duck breast (very nice portion and well cooked) tasted like sardines, the tartare like andouillette and the salmon tasted like meat. Probably a problem with mixing food in a fridge or on the grill. The fries are good quality, the salad sauce was good. For the price, we would have paid 3 MC Do. Repas plutôt bon , mais restaurant laissant à désirer au niveau de l'hygiène. De plus , le personnel est d'une nonchalance incroyable, ils rigolent entre eux pendant que les clients attendent et se tournent de temps en temps vers eux pour prendre la commande en donnant cette impression de s'en foutre royalement. Le commerce c'est un métier.

I found it pretty good, you don't expect to find a Régent bistro on a motorway rest area, the fries were good. I had a duck breast which was not bad. My son after a steak I honestly recommend it is better than a club sandwich. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
