The good:The food. Fish and chips, burger, beef schnitzel, chicken schnitzel were ordered and all were delicious. Fish batter nice and crispy, chips were just nice, crispy and not overdone. Burger was moist and tasty. Garden salads all fresh and crisp.The ambience. Excellent. Tables spaced far apart, quiet and not overcrowded. Service very welcoming and efficient.The Bad:Can't think of any. Maybe the absence of scotch fillet steak (they only have Porterhouse). For a steak lover, that's a big sin.Oh, and the sticky date pudding did not come with ice cream. The teensy dollop of cream on top simply won't do. Also by the time the sticky date pudding arrived, my coffee had gone cold.

a local Adelaide favourite, they can always rely on the maid for a high quality meal. recently visited a group booking for a birthday party and all 12 guests were satisfied. the only complaining is that a beverage order of cocktails and spirits had to be made in the front bar and lasted as long as it would have desired. great service, great eating and beautiful decor as well as quite expensive. is always

great place, good food quality and very friendly staff. I had a juicy steak that was really tender and tasty. it was served with hot riders. it is highly recommended.
