It's quite practical, the pizzas taste good. However, I had a problem with the coffee machine. I ordered a coffee, paid 20 euros and unfortunately didn't receive any refund. That's why I'm only giving it 1 star. I reported the problem and as soon as my problem is addressed, I will update my rating. UPDATE April 28th: Nothing has happened yet, although we spoke on the phone and was assured that we would respond as quickly as possible. I also submitted the request via the contact option provided. In the meantime, contact is only being made by me and nothing has been done yet by Bistrobox.
