We sat at the bar and our reservation was for 5:00. It was quiet and did not get very busy/noisy as we enjoyed our dinner. Had the Goat Cheese Spring Rolls and Escargot Rice Dumplings for appetizers. My husband had the Duck a L’orange and I had the Market Catch fish. (I apologize for not taking photos of our entrées! We also had the pommes frites and the chocolate mousse and profiteroles for dessert. Everything was EXCELLENT! We wished we would have found Bistronomy sooner than our last night in town! We will be back the next time we come to Charleston!

I had high expectations based on everything I had heard about Bistronomy and not disappointed them! From the fabulous food to the attentive but untransmitted service, we could not have been happier with our meal. We did 5 petite plates for two of us it was the perfect amount of food. Very recommend the Escargot dumplings and the duck confit steam bunny but honestly everything we had was delicious!
Bistronomy by Nico was amazing! Innovative food which was sooooo yummy and good. We sat out on the patio which was cute and romantic. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Exceptional meal at a wonderful restaurant! Best food we have had in quite some time. We will be back soon! It is a must! Our favorite items were the escargot dumplings, herbed butter bread and pate en croute.

There are no parking spaces at this point and street parking is not available. We finally parked in a nearby shop and were towed. Be careful!
I can’t wait to come back! The scallops were wonderful. Delicious veggies for vegetarians. Wonderful place !
Excellent food. The bouillabaisse was incredible and the staff was very attentive. Great time.
