Passing to Caussade for professional reasons, small stop for lunch under the pleasant tonic of the hall bistro. The welcome is warm, the menu of the day entry/plat/dessert to 17,50€ prepared with fresh products from the region is full of flavors! It's a little bit of a mess like you're getting more and more rarely found. Cherry on the cake, the boss offers us coffee! Thanks and congratulations to the boss and his team!

Nice place, quiet or we want to linger. Very well cooked dishes with fresh and local products a very good mastery of spices, good weddings of products. An address to be recommended and retained. Thanks for this pose in Caussade on the way back.

Very nice service and meals. Spices are very well used. Prices are more than reasonable 17,50€ for flat inlet and home dessert of the day.
Finally a restaurant that offers vegetables! The menu is very affordable wine included and the cook handled the spices well.
