Passing to Caussade for professional reasons, small stop for lunch under the pleasant tonic of the hall bistro. The welcome is warm, the menu of the day entry/plat/dessert to 17,50€ prepared with fresh products from the region is full of flavors! Very nice service and meals. Spices are very well used. Prices are more than reasonable 17,50€ for flat inlet and home dessert of the day.
Finally a restaurant that offers vegetables! The menu is very affordable wine included and the cook handled the spices well.
