A magical and atypical place, the friendly welcome of the boss in this bar “of the corner”, one feels like being with friends; humor is at the rendezvous to accompany dishes as we find nowhere else; the chef is the boss, who cooks behind his desk gigantic and succulent aïolis that decorate for example, all the products are fresh and organic often, superb and always with humour (in the corner) a place where the accusers feel good about it. Specialized shop in aïoli. He only sells that and is very good. I don't think it would be good for young children, but I think adults would like it. The sauce is also good because it has the spicy taste of garlic. It focuses on vegetables and fish, and everything seems steamed. The disadvantage is that there is no outer space and that they only accept species. It's a rare place in Europe that sells just this, and it's appreciated by the locals, so I highly recommend it because we smell a simple and friendly neighborhood restaurant.
If you like garlic like me, book the Bistrot at the Coin on the day they serve The Great Aïoli. We were there a Saturday when that's all you can order. Take the refreshing Corsican aperitif, especially if it is hot, then sit down and wait for an incredible experience. The huge plate contained calamars, fish, octopuses and snails as well as boiled potatoes, eggs, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower and beets. It was more than we could eat. Ioli is an explosion of benefits to garlic that is undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten.
There was only three dishes on the menu, we ordered two but were met with a barrage of additional dishes much to our delight. Everything was delicious and it felt like a wonderful home cooked meal.
