Time too long for installation and aperitif. Bad knowledge of the waiter of their wine card. For the meal we took the suggestion (saint nectaire melted much too cooked it was not melting but rather crunchy really damage. Small restaurant in the heart of Guyon castle that does not pay for mine but with a great welcome and extra kitchen! We took different dishes from the truffle to the guyonnade, passing through the foie gras and the crust lamb. Everything was great! I recommend
