Despite a particularly large clientele, we highly appreciated, my wife and I, being received around and enjoying a very pleasant table. A great bravo to staff, kind and professional. Excellent regional cuisine!In addition, this hotel is ideally located on the very beautiful square of valois, a place of visits to many tourists.

We loved Bistrot Valois. It is tucked into a nice, quiet plaza, which I found to be a nice change from most street-facing/bustling Paris cafes. The food was excellent (Caprese salad and duck especially!) and the service was very good. Would come again!
