Sheri, the owner, and her awesome daughter and soon to be son in law, catered our Hallo-wedding and were super awesome! We wanted to help support a local business and I'm so glad we did. They made cute labels with squash and pumpkins so the guests could see what was being served. In addition, they added some of their own unique touches and decorations to our food area and it all looked so great for our Halloween themed night. Bite is amazing. We found this gem just after landing in Dallas. It was less than 10 min from Dallas Love Field. Regardless of where I eat this week, I will go back before my return home. Also, owners who work in their businesses never get enough credit. Sheri, who was at the register, was so pleasant! I could tell she was very busy with catering orders, but still made time to talk with us. Congrats to her on a successful business and we wish you many more years of success.
Omg this place is superb! I absolutely loved the breakfast croissant with egg chorizo. It was so delicious! The egg was cooked to perfection. It was moist scrumptious. Rachel Ana had such beautiful attention to detail, helpful, so friendly. This was my 1st time here and will definitely come back with my family. The establishment is so cute the oldies they were playing truly had me enjoying my food.
We ordered coffees, breakfast tacos and sandwiches and then sat ourselves. The Bistro has lots of comfy seating and good coffee. While we had to request the eggs in tacos be cooked more, the staff quickly fixed them and also brought us more coffee. The service is excellent! The breakfast sandwiches were very good as well. I really like this spot, but the last few times I've gone, my is missing something. I got the Greek salad, and it didn't have the bell pepper. I think another time, instead of feta cheese, it was blue. Once the chicken tasted a few days old. Yall know how chicken gets that taste after a couple of days. Little stuff like that, but this is one of my fave lunch spots
This has seriously been my go-to for lunch. Their Cobb salad is the best salad I’ve ever had. The chicken is always so plentiful, tender and juicy. Their blue cheese is super fresh and aromatic. Everything in the salad works so well together and is so delicious. When I’m 6 hours into work and forget to grab lunch, bite bistro always comes through for me.
The chicken salad sandwich was fantastic, generously sized, and served on a delicious croissant! The atmosphere was lovely, and the cookies were great as well. I will definitely return—thank you! While I waited for my order, I witnessed several customers approach the counter to compliment how good their meals were.
This place is absolutely charming! You definitely need to visit! The food was so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture—I had the avocado toast. My brother's burger was incredibly tasty and packed with flavor. It's open until 3 PM, so gather your friends for breakfast or lunch!

What a fantastic little spot! I tried the iced caramel latte, and it was incredible. If I hadn't looked it up, I may never have known this gem was here. I definitely recommend it!
The turkey burgers are so good and everything is so fresh! Love bite bistro for lunch!
