Eating with 3 of my mates and when the main course was taken out, the kitchen was sent out only 2/4 due to the fact that she had problems with 2 of the main courses. So we couldn't eat together as it waited 30-45 minutes from the original tom for food. We asked for a med.rare steak and got a well done, shrimps were watery. The burger was ordered without frits and when they came out, they were not only salty, but we were all finished with our meals and we are ready to go. The manager was friendly and had no problems with our worries when he showed up. I am under the impression that the place in the kitchen is very understated. I share the experience.
The food here was good, everything that a BJ's should be. The waiter was really nice and knew how to start a friendly conversation. Now the reason I didn't give this BJ's location 5 stars is because it took the food a little while to come out. Some people that came in after us got their food or appetizer quicker. So the speed of the food was my only complaint about this location. They cook to order just like a fine sit down restaurant establishment, but even then there is a certain time things should be brought out.
BJ's in North Little Rock is always consistently outstanding with their food, house brewed beer, and service. I have tried many of their menu items, and have never been disappointed. There is a wide variety of menu selections so that everyone should be able to find something that pleases them. They also run great specials daily, do be sure to watch for those. I highly recommend putting BJ's on your must visit list.
Our first time at this chain. Great food and wonderful service. Emeka was our server for a large group and she was wonderful. We never wanted for anything and never had to look for her as she was always dropping by to make sure we had everything we needed. The wedge salad, ribs and white chocolate macadamia Pizookie were yummy! We would definitely recommend!

At some point, I picked up my Tri-Tip salad and I got a head of salad in half.... if I sat in the restaurant, my meal wouldn't have come out. It's just lazy. Besides, everything was on the ground.
food was excellent, the waitress and servier staff were five stars and the memories made with friends in a lively sports brewery for a nice time. 10/10.
