We made a reservation, but when we arrived, we were told we had no table. I showed them the reservation confirmation and then I was told that's not a reservation. They then proceeded to tell me that this was a call ahead and not a reservation, whatever that means. Then we had to wait 15 minutes while the hostess and two other employees discussed this. We finally got a table, and the service was poor, don't know if they were understaffed, or just slow. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee. The place is a joke, and that's as nice as I can be.
I had a delightful lunch experience at Bj’s today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff.My server, Emy, was especially friendly and attentive throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfect.For dessert, I tried their famous pizookie, and it did not disappoint! The warm, gooey cookie topped with ice cream was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end my meal. What's more, the pizookie was only $5, which was a pleasant surprise.

The atmosphere was quite loud and bustling. It took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive, and unfortunately, they were out of several items we had ordered. On a positive note, our server was friendly and quick to refill our drinks.

I had lunch at BJ's Restaurant today, our server Emy was attentive and friendly. The highlight was definitely the $5 pizookie dessert, which was absolutely delicious
They canceled my delivery order at the last minute without any apparent reason. When I tried to call for an explanation, the line simply hung up on me.
Emy is absolutely fantastic! We visit every Friday, and she always makes our experience special. She's incredibly kind. Thank you!
