After being stuck at home for months, I was really disappointed by the rude hosts and waiters at this restaurant. The last thing I needed was their attitude. Unfortunately, my country chicken sandwich was bland compared to the usual delicious sandwiches I have had at other BJ's restaurants. The portion size was also smaller. I only took a few bites before giving up. The waiter saw this but did not say anything. I was not eager to return to this place. My experience at the Burbank BJ's location was much better.
Arrived and are party was seated immediately. The waiter took are drink order and an appetizer order. All arrived quickly. We enjoyed those and ordered the main meal as we all knew what we wanted. The meals arrived all at once and were very good.
Our family Birthday celebration was overshadowed by a very boisterous group of 15 sitting at the table next to us doing shots and getting louder and louder. Other than that, the food was good, server excellent, birthday pazookies great.
No wait sat down as soon as we checked in. Service was great waitress came to check up on us during our time there.
