bj is one of my favorite restaurant chains. this situation, however, was somewhat overcrowded in terms of sitting, it took a while to sit with the reservation, and there were some mistakes made during the ordering. our waiter was great however and made the experience very pleasant and seamless. I liked above all that I could just pay for the meal on my phone and no longer have to wait than we had to.
I was there to have my dinner with my family. eating was a good taste. we had to take care of our server. then the manager came by and took care of us very well, all in all no bad experience. it's been a long time since we were in this restaurant. they have a good choice of food. love it.
My only complaint is my request to have certain food items at the table when we arrived was not fulfilled. It was disappointing.
