Me and my family decided to try something new for mother’s day, worst decision ever. All our food didn’t come out right. We ordered tacos with French fries, got rice instead. Ordered my food with rice got broccoli and asparagus instead. I then ordered 2 steaks well done they came out with 2 very **** meat. Specifically wanted asparagus as one of the sides we got one single asparagus on the plate. Even the server laughed at the situation. My husband didn’t received his drink order when we asked, the server just said “oh we can’t make it” What’s worse he didn’t get his food after everyone else at the table was done eating. Never again. BJ’s restaurant really disappointed me.
We had a great experience at the restaurant with Maria R as our server who provided excellent service. She was attentive and brought us refills without us even having to ask. Emmie, the manager, checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was to our liking. Despite not typically being a fan of BJ's, we decided to go there to celebrate a 30th birthday, and the birthday girl was thrilled to celebrate with her favorite people enjoying one of her favorite dishes - the chocolate chip pizookie.
All went well except the reservation. Why bother make a reservation if you wind up waiting anyway. Had to show to the receptionist twice about my 6:30pm reservation and even showed the BJ text stating the table is ready. I’ve been dining i BJ at San Diego/La Mesa area and my overall experience there is far more excellent than in Stockton. A definite plus though is the waitress assigned to us named Angie. She is terrific very customer oriented . We love her.
new norm. put them in reservations and employees in new civil rules. surprises that they can take off the mask all the time. disappointrd that they are a group of adults who obviously do not live in the same apartment. proposal. give them special spray bottle with alcohol to clean tables and put the white tabs only once use, and it is ok to calculate a cleaning cost on billing what I am worried for every restaurant

Wet salad with wilted lettuce. Prime rib was rare and tough. Long wait for drinks because they had to change some spout (waited 15 minutes) offered no water. Just a blah dinner.
service and eating were very good. the best keilsalat I've had for a long time. the salad was so fresh! pepperoni flatbread was delicious! it's my way to court at bj.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

charged for 4 adult and 1 child meal, but only ordered 3/1. has not noticed until we have come to brentwood.
We had a great table, actually had 3 servers taking care of our table.
