Just five minutes outside the center of Guatape is an oasis of quiet calm and loads of charm. Husband and wife owners, Blanca and Benjamin have created a fine restaurant featuring fresh fish, typical Colombian dishes, and a full bar service. The chef owner has an extensive culinary background in Florida having held positions from Turnberry Country Club to Boca Raton. Now back in Blanca's home country, they bring that talent to this popular tourtist area. I almost never rave about restaurant visits in particular but this one deserves a special honorable mention! The food was absolutely amazeing! I visited here with my cousin over the weekend as we went to la piedra del peñol in guatape colombia, after a few hours in the trip we got super hungry and decided to ask what restaurant was good in the area, we asked 2 locals and they both recommended bjs menu restaurant which also turns out to be a hotel.
