For a steak restaurant to serve a rare steak that was hard to cut let alone chew is poor, but when you ordered medium rare it is unforgivable. Had I not been with important clients I would have sent it back. It's Christmas so it was very busy, the service was not urgent and it was very noisy. Not my best experience...
I ordered a fillet steak cooked medium rare, but it came out well done. The service was slow, especially considering it was a busy Saturday night. It seems like customer care was neglected, so I will not be returning.
This restaurant is excellent and perfect for families. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is fantastic and attentive. We really enjoyed our experience.

It's OK but not a special place. Food was just average as was the service. Good point is it is in the heart of the buzzing Borough Market.
A bit noisy, but it was on a Saturday lunch time a week before Christmas! Food and service great and good value set two course meal.
Luke warm steak. Green salad with huge unseparated lettuce. Table isolated from main area and who knows where the kitchen is.
