I visited this restaurant two Sundays ago with a friend for some studying, and it was my first time there. I really liked the atmosphere, which was lively with families and kids playing chess, yet it also provided a great setting for getting work done. My friend and I even struck up a conversation with a nearby group who were also focused on their tasks, and we ended up exchanging helpful resources (I got some great recommendations for day planners, haha). The music was enjoyable, and the overall vibe was welcoming, just like the staff I interacted with. I can see this becoming our regular spot on Sundays to gear up for the work week. Looking forward to returning soon!

Black Coffee is a gem. From the music, to the food and drinks, to the atmosphere, it’s a great coffee shop. Their chai latte “The Auntie” is one of the best I’ve had!
