I can't convey how perfect my experience was with black dog tea rook. the skorone with jam and saw and the coffee were absolute perfection, the type of perfection where, when they first taste it, they immediately slow down and just enjoy a blissful moment. that was the best skorone I had in the england during my time. the room was bright and clean with someone who came out to wipe out the rooms as soon as the people pulled out. the woman who makes coffee/order was a joy to speak with. black dog tee the room is at the top of the list of places I revisit next time in england.
eating is very nice, everything is made to house or comes from local producers. the prices are a little haphazard, for example the massive bacon sandwich that my son had was very good, while my chorizo salad probably at the top of the reasonable price. that is not to say that eating is expensive, it represents a good value for the quality they receive. service is very friendly and atmosphere relaxed. it is not the place for a quick bite to go, service is not fast, more focused on making it a start. total value to find out whether they are in the opposite.
Absolutely fantastic! I stopped by for a cream tea and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially to our elderly staffy! The scone was delightful and freshly baked, paired perfectly with blackcurrant jam – pure bliss. The coffee was excellent as well. Thank you! We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area.
beautiful breakfast, freshly cooked by a very nice couple. with seating in the interior, seating or in the picturesque garden on a sunny day. eier, tomaten and speck, cooked to perfection. they even have friendly robins for business. very, very dog friendly practical for our two dogs. highly recommended. What a hidden gem! The food and drinks were outstanding. The soup was delightful; I wish I could take some home with me. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is dog-friendly as well. A visit here is essential, especially after a lovely walk along the Lyme River.
We took a detour from our walk along the River Lim to visit Uplyme. We initially stopped for coffee but ended up enjoying an early lunch instead. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Sonia! We’ll definitely return later in the week.
that is our second visit in four days and my third sawn. I'm back before I go to a few days haha. eat and service are 5* and I would highly recommend it!
