I evaluate my sandwiches based on three criteria: taste, eatability, and texture.
**Taste: 8/10** - Overall, it was a delicious sandwich with a good balance of toppings. The herb spread was flavorful, but I felt it needed a bit of tang or acidity to cut through the richness (you can see the cheese pull in the photo!). A little heat would also have been nice, maybe a house hot sauce I could purchase on the side.
**Eatability: 8/10** - A bit of the herb spread dripped out, but I managed to eat it fairly cleanly while balancing the paper on my lap. However, I did lose a good amount of spinach in one bite of one half.

Another adorable coastal cafe in Tiverton! One thing about me: I WILL find all the coffee shops. Black Goose Cafe is a quaint spot with a nice patio to enjoy the incredible views. The inside is tiny but bright and inviting. The menu is plentiful for a small cafe, I was impressed! We came in the AM, so I went the breakfast route and ordered the Huevos Rancheros Wrap. The sun dried tomato wrap was made with scrambled eggs, salsa, avocado, sour cream, tomato, and cheese. It wasn't listed on the menu, but there were actually black beans mixed in there as well. I don't like beans, but this wrap was bombbb, so I didn't even care! Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and filling. I washed it down...
It's just average. I'd recommend avoiding the entrees and sticking to the sandwiches instead. The stuffed French toast was disappointing, but my friend enjoyed a fantastic sandwich. We were also a bit put off by the owner/manager; there was one employee who was working really hard while he was outside chatting with the regulars. If he had focused more on overseeing the quality of the food and ensuring his staff wasn’t overwhelmed, perhaps my meal would have been better.
The Goose has had its ups and downs over the years. After being previously turned off by a previous experience years ago, we finally decided to give them another shot this year. More than once they were able to make a delicious sandwich, the Parisian has always been our go to sandwich here, and is absolutely delicious! I think we will have to make another stop here next week for a tasty lunch break!

An adorable cafe with Delicious bakery selections and wide variety of breakfast and lunch choices. I've been here for lunch and breakfast and both times got a specialty coffee and treat to go and they did not disappoint! I can't wait to enjoy the patio in the summer time and sip coffee while watching the water.
Terrible Service, food was ready and sat in a cubby with the wrong name for 25 minutes. We were told our food would be ready in a few minutes when it was in fact done and labeled wrong. Now soggy and gross and cashier tried to play it off like they had just made it. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Bland potatoes, bland eggs, bland everything. Went for a company outing here, and the consensus was clear; subpar at best. Not to mention, the pricing was outrageous. Workers were treating us like inmates. Overall, we are extremely disappointed, will not return.
I waited 40 minutes for a simple sandwich, and after repeatedly asking about my order, they apologized and said they put it in a to-go bag. The service was disappointing, but the Godfather sandwich was actually quite good, even when cold.

Food: bagel and lox. Absolutely the best i ever had. Good bagel too. Ambiance: rustic cafe. Appropriate. Service: quick and efficient. I will return.
Godfather?! More like god awful. All the meat was condensed into one slab instead of folded and the peppers tasted like butt.
