Oh my goodness! I absolutely adore this restaurant. The owners are amazing, the food is outstanding, and the service is incredibly friendly. Seriously, the food is exceptional! Chef Lindsay is incredibly talented. The quality of the dishes for the price, especially in Jasper, is truly remarkable. Their lunches are particularly fantastic. Some of our favorite items on the menu include the roasted and grilled pork chops, Hamburg steak, shrimp, burgers, and the absolutely divine pan-roasted sweet potatoes. You really can't go wrong with anything here. Just a heads up: reservations are required for evening dining.

We had a delightful lunch with a fantastic menu selection. The staff was very friendly, and we stopped by on our way to Sweetwater 420. The meat was incredible, and the sides were equally delicious. I enjoyed sweet potatoes and greens as my accompaniments.
They're currently only serving takeout orders. I ordered a family-size lasagna, and it was delicious! All of their food is outstanding. I really enjoy when they post their menu; it's so tempting and always lives up to expectations. Food: 5/5

Black Rock Bistro catered my niece's wedding, and overall, the food was excellent. However, the hamburger steak was undercooked. On a positive note, the mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious.
