A delectable chocolate torte cake was delivered to our workplace on Thursday thanks to a former workmate who offered a generous cake to thank our office for giving him a good work reference. It was so decadent yet delicious, and to be gluten free yet scrumptious made me realise how salivating some cakes can be without the additives (or lack thereof). It was a cake that tantalised the tastebuds and I hope to have it again (for a special occasion, if any)!
I had to get this cake designed, made and delivered whilst I was in San Francisco. Black Velvet was extremely patient, understanding, helpful and responsive to all my needs. They went above and beyond in getting this cake and flowers made and delivered with zero fuss. The cake was DELICIOUS and was gone before you knew it. I would definitely come back and order more cakes from Black Velvet, I cannot be happier with their service.
Awesome customer service (tho sometimes it takes a tad long for phones to go through) - however they always get back to you promptly. Lovely wonderful bunch of people that work there including Luke (their manager?) and Felicia and Daniel. The little luxury is a stand out dinner cake - wife's cake of choice for her birthday and she was really happy!

A supplier kindly brought some cupcakes for us and one was popped on my desk! It was a Red Velvet Cupcake with a delicious and generous topping of icing on top. The cupcake was moist and yummy. One of the softest cupcakes I have had for ages.
