At a party last year, I had a slice of their chocolate vegan cake, and I couldn’t get over how superior it was! Fast forward to my 59th birthday 2 weeks ago, I wanted the same cake. Sadly something went wrong with baking it. It was tough like a brick. Dry in places. As if it was stale. I don’t know what happened exactly, this bakery normally has a stellar reputation. But I’m not happy with what I got. The same cake at a friend’s party last year was utter perfection.
The cake was dry, the buttercream layer was so thick. No one liked it. It looked nothing like the picture on their website no effort was put into decorating this cake which is sad. The cake itself was $245 and delivery was $84. They took my complaint well and offered a store credit of $75 but I have no interest in going through them again.
Fantastic! We ordered the cupcakes in Singapore to be sent to our daughter who is studying in Australia. They delivered the cupcakes to my girl's hostel and she thoroughly enjoyed them.
Sent the caramel popcorn cake to my son in Sydney. It looked absolutely amazing. Excellent delivery. Everyone at his office were so impressed apparently it was delicious!
