Mmm! A cafe turned into a restaurant! I love that the restaurant is built in a log cabin. It is very different from what I am used to, which makes things so exciting!! The Blackberry Kitchen is a quiet and medium-sized log cabin restaurant. They serve delicious Western good with great service. They are very careful serving food and constantly sanitizing trays and countertops. I got the Mushroom Rissotto. There were enough diced mushrooms on my plate and it was flavourful. I wanted to order more food, but I had to go save some space in my stomach for another meeting later in the day. We also ordered some French Toast, which I thought tasted no different than other French Toasts. Customer serv...
Nice cozy place with a great view and friendly staff... Came here for brunch a few days ago... this place is at the edge of a park and has great views... Brunch menu had lots of choices. Went with an Omelette with Tomato, Onion and Spinach.. it came with home fries, a piece of watermelon and blackberry preserve multigrain bread The bread was delicious and omelette tasted good. Tried the Bailey's Irish Coffee which was served with a coating of sugar around the rim of the glass... The staff was very polite, kind and friendly... The view if You sit outside is just lovely and the overall ambience is great as well.. Definitely plan to return and try some more food....
We always enjoy the Blackberry Kitchen. Fine dining is a special experience that is to be savoured. Food is well presented and the time you wait is for that old-fashioned art called conversation. If you feel the need for speed then try Wendy's down the road. Blackberry Kitchen is where you enjoy the flavours, inhale the scents, spend time with your friends or significant others and comment on the beautiful vistas. This is a place for people who truly appreciate food. Sip the wine, enjoy the music and conversation and the great history of this significant Norma Kenney log building. Breathe. Enjoy. Relax.
My first visit yesterday to this beautiful restaurant on the hill and I will be back. From the wonderful host who greeted us, our great server and the fantastic food I will be back for sure. And the walk on the grounds before or after your meal to is a must to enjoy the amazing views. Beautiful!
Had my family birthday luncheon there yesterday and the meal was incredible. This was my second time at this fabulous restaurant.. Wonderful food beautifully prepared and presented. Beautiful restaurant and the view of the river is incredible. Highly recommended and we will be back!
Absolutely excellent!!! I took my step Mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday The food was delicious and the server was very helpful and patient. This is my second time here and I am so glad a chose it for this occasion. Oh, and desert was tasty too!
Intimate atmosphere, outside patio with pristine view, first class dishes prepared by the friendliest chefs. Highly recommended.
