We went for restaurant week and the food was quite disappointing. I know an app should be small but when my beet salad has maybe 10 leaf of arugula, I’m disappointed. The 7oz filet was cooked perfectly to the temperature requested but it was not seasoned at all, the fries never saw salt or any kind of seasoning and the Brussels sprout with bacon were very al dente (not something you’d like in brussels sprout) and drenched in evoo instead of the nice flavor of bacon). Thankfully the peppercorn sauce saved the filet a little, but not too much. The peach tart was more of a strudel, but good flavor. Meatballs appetizer was cold, not even warm Have one to other to try Waiter took the two cold meatballs still on dish back and they microwaved it but the one meatball gave to others to try was not taken back to reheat Overall strip steak was good and tasty One person had filet mignon well done but it was overcooked and very dry Long wait for the food to come We go out regularly to high end restaurants but this place was little not up to par. We were expecting a little better.
We had a great time for my friends birthday brunch. We had a lovely booth by the bar and it was pretty quiet. I had the garden omelet which was delicious and the mimosas were to die for. Highly recommend!
The food was amazing and the service was great. For it being restaurant week the portions were a great size. All and all it was a great meal.
