Thankful for bars like this and wouldn’t necessarily call Blaguard a “dive” either. Oh, there are dives in the area while here is more of a sports bar. Most importantly, the Blaguard has been a mainstay for patrons prior to this past year, DURING ya know and well, now. If you haven’t been, I encourage you to stop by. Spacious yet comfortable, the Blaguard has plenty of stand/stool style tables with perfect views of all their TVs. Solid sports bar with many locals catching a game or taking advantage of the cheap drink menu. The food is solid and inexpensive as well I have gotten the tenders, wings, mac and cheese, and the burgers. Would recommend this place as well if youre looking for some outdoor seating.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the happy hour prices were great, and the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning in the future.

fantastic pub atmosphere and cheap drinks! loves all dark old wood and general mood. bombs for $6 on a Friday night cannot really hit in dc. 10/10
Friendly bartenders chill place to drink and have casual convo (if wanted). Wide liquor/beer selection (some wine too). Cozy atmosphere.
I didn't have any food, just had a couple of Guinness beers. Jake and Marney were fantastic. I'm excited to go back again soon.
