This review relates to the 'Pub ' under the Blanche Neige hotel separate, but part of the hotel. As an old codger (albeit with an attitude and looks which perhaps belie my real age), I found an empathy with the young staff here. Yes, when I was here it was very off season, and yes, there were precious few customers, but there is a certain atmosphere here and I was made to feel very welcome. The drink (or 2) on the house added to my pleasure … simple things. I 'snacked ' here twice during my stay at the back end of January and, while I do not claim the restaurant is a gastronomic delight, it certainly came up with good, honest fare. A hotel full of charm with a nice mountain style decoration where it makes good to settle for a short stay in the open air. A cordial telephone welcome, the price announced on half board has been applied to us following our request, without any discussion. Dinner's dishes are hearty and good. The small tower at each table of the director with a word for each is pleasant. The smile and friendliness of staff are also to be emphasized. Went there with my wife. We decided to have a bruschetta and a couple of beer but then we saw the double burger. A monster. Ok à bit expensive. But very nice. I like large plate. It’s satisfying. we had an extra plate of fries (very nice ones by the way). Honestly it’s far better than expected. The plate of Corsican hams and sausages is also worth the ride. An excellent stay past, the hotel and the room were charming and quiet, we feel very well. The team is very pleasant and in small care with the boarders. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a more spacious room, a highly appreciated commercial gesture. Nothing to say about the half board, home fact and a special mention for the blueberry pie!
Excellent stay and welcome from the whole team. Clean room well equipped reception very good. A special note to breakfast and your chef for his marbling and cake as well as to the person in the rooms. Nice, very good location, responsiveness, professionalism. I highly recommend.
Extraordinary! An original and biscornu hotel filled with helpful and smiling people. And special mention for Noisette, beautiful zenifying mascot, good and sharing, we will return with great pleasure! By hoping for the same on the thanksiiiiiiiiii dream classification!
Waiting for our meal at Les Marmottes, we decided to have a drink at Le Blanche Neige (snow white in French). Great place for a drink, the oldest building in Valberg! The place is really nice with wood everywhere, we felt welcome and we had a cosy drink! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We enjoyed the upgrade in a large room, very quiet and harmoniously decorated. The dinner of our half pension was very copied and served by charming people. We stayed only one night and left to regret after a breakfast composed of very good products.
