We stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the final night I was too tired to go out to dine so we thought to stay and dine at the hotel restaurant. Disappointment. The ambiance was very nice. Waiters were awesome. But the food...no words. Guests have a special menu you can order from. Appetizer, main, dessert, and an alcoholic drink €17). You can also order from the full menu. The prefix menu didn't appeal to me but I had it anyway and ordered a few tapas off the main menu. The tapas were nice. But that's it. Pictures are deceiving cause presentation was in point. Tomato soup with cream. SERVED COLD and was unappetizing. Pasta with pesto no pesto and GREASY from the oil Soup with mussels 4...
I am confused by the previous reviews. We stayed at the hotel before flying home and ate in the hotel El Castell for convenience. What an amazing meal we had, has the menu or chef changed since the previous reviewers as there was no set evening menu? The food we ate was amazing, created by an extremely confident kitchen. My dessert was one of the best and most unusual things I have eaten a sweet combination of souffle/sponge with goats cheese. It was an unusual evening as a massive storm raged around us as we ate outside which added to the ambiance. The hotel is ok, but the food was great.
We ate here for two nights and it was very good. Wasn’t expecting a lot but were very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent both on the a la carte and the fixed menu available to hotel guests. Waiter was harassed but he was the only one on and he was expected to man the bar as well!
Waiter extremely rude. Took plates away while our guests still eating.not aware of restaurant etiquette. Embarrassed to be a Catalan. Sad that this is the last restaurant I ate whilst my proud grandparents were still alive. Sort yourselves out. Absolute disgrace to the food industry

Good selection of dishes, including an excellent Catalan cheese platter, although I did not know the Catalans produced Parmesan!! Very tasty especially if you have a few small dishes, although the sirloin steak was a bit tough. Good wines also available again not expensive.
It's a very good restaurant, with very good food, middle-high prices and very good quality. The staff is very professional so if you have a lunch or a dinner for business, this is the place. Of course you can go for pleasure with friends, familiy..
The special consists of three courses and a half bottle of wine. With two people you get a bottle of wine. The service was decent and the price was a good value if you like the food they are serving that evening. We did.
This resturant has very deversified seatings indoor or outdoor they can seat for a couple for a romantic diner or for large groups indoor or out door. good food for good prices

The food was excellent but the menu wasn't very big so not much choice. There was a set menu available at a reasonable price but pigs trotter wasn't what we fancied to eat.
They offer a 20 euro prix-fixe dinner with 3 courses and wine. Quite nice, traditional local cuisine and attentive service. Restaurant is probably better than the hotel...
