It was a really bad experience again at another Blaze. I don't understand why the morale and customer service are not important. My friend and I went inside to order food. There were 4 workers behind the counter. All of them avoided eye contact and not welcomed us. We waited 5 minutes before someone from the back came to help us. The woman who helped us started fixing our pizza. I informed her that I had a bad experience at the other location at the Ontario Mills. That location burnt my pizza and did not want them to burn this one here. Unfortunate, the cook did not care and burned it anyway. I let the staff know about it, and the cook didn't apologize. At the first attempt Blaze Pizza, without going to welcome, all well, we were asked how kind of crust we want, I and my daughter had a high rise custom pizza, we asked for red sauce and mozzarella then our vegetables and meat that the young man helps us (I don't remember his name) made our experience very pleasant. Communication with a customer is always important. The person working stove also kudos our pizza came nicely cooked!! all ingredients were properly divided it was delicious!! The menu is clearly marked, but the staff lacked knowledge about which crusts were vegan. They initially offered us a gluten-free crust, but the original crust is actually vegan. The vegan cheese is kept separate from the dairy cheese to prevent any cross-contamination. They offer a ready-to-go vegan pizza or you can customize your own. I ordered a "margarita" pizza and my companion opted for a pizza with "all the vegetables," which the staff eventually realized was a serious request, not a joke.

Good pizza, I love it because they have vegan options and their build your own pizza is a bit larger and has better price than mod pizza or pieology. Blaze pizza also tastes way better in my opinion.
I ordered the construction of your own high-rise pizza. I loved it that it was fluffy dough with several blows! Will definitely come back. Salad was decent, but the salad dress wasn't the biggest.

It was actually a decent cake. Good dough and sauce. The cheese is definitely a little fat on the mind side, but no complaints on one of the other beats. No complaints.
