Rude, unfriendly, questioned why I needed two different sides of dipping sauce as if it was looked down upon and was told to ask someone else. Put things on my pizza that I didn’t ask for- I still took it thinking maybe they are having a bad day-but no the whole vibe there is off putting. All the workers except the guy with tattoos making the pizzas is angry anyone is even coming in and making them lift a finger. There was no one at the cash register for atleast five minutes while I waited to pay. I don’t even care about the food though, it just would be cool to not feel like an inconvenience while you’re trying to grab dinner. We gotta try to do better as a human race. Lol
The service was terrible from beginning to end. The staff spoke so softly that it was difficult to understand them, and they seemed confused throughout the entire process. It took such a long time for our pizzas to be made that the two pizzas ended up coming out of the oven several minutes apart. The quality of the pizzas was also disappointing; they were not at all up to par with what you would expect from any other Blaze location, and the ingredient ratios were poorly balanced. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The pizza used be good, the sauce was flavorful and the crust cooked up crispy. But alas, no more. The overall quality of the food has diminished in the past few years. Sauce is bland and the crust got doughier instead of thin and crisp. My guess, they gone to cheaper ingredients, change of process or lack of well trained employees to execute the recipes. Either way this was a winner a few years back for a good NY Style pizza here in the Midwest. But alas, no more.
It was my first time visiting this place, the service was great, the place was clean and I will give them 3 stars for that. My pizza was cooked fast however I didn't care for the pizza at all and it was a lesson learned, however to be fair, the other people I was with, LOVED their pizza.

I understand having to wait because of alot of orders but I stood there waiting while the girl moved as slow as humanly possible. Her and the young guy next to her looked truly mad and dispressed to be there. Why not go home ? Had to leave after standing there for 30 minutes .
I really enjoyed their pizza; it was fantastic! However, I had an issue with the soda machine—the Coke I ordered was mostly water. Fortunately, they addressed the problem and provided a free replacement.
I love the pizzas at Blaze because I can see how they are being made and choose the amount of toppings I want. Blaze pizzas also reheat very well. Staff is not friendly but they make good pizzas.
It was just okay for me. I think the concept is interesting since you get to buy a pizza and add any toppings you desire.
