Blends & Brothers - Tisch reservieren

Decided to have coffee here based on reviews and general reputation. It's located towards the front of Rouse Hill Town Centre, next to the children's playground. Ideal for families, and beats the Oliver Brown next door hands down on reputation. The decor and vibe are quite distinctive and authentic for a suburban cafe, probably the closest in Rouse Hill Town Centre to those cafes you see in the inner west. Service was friendly, and my order was delivered fairly promptly to my table.They also appear to be quite knowledgeable about their coffee, which is to be expected from a successful independent operator. This strange little place is a barber shop cafe without a large kitchen next to a children's play area. Makes you worried, right? However, their coffee is superb, food is great and it's not too noisy. They use Pablo and Rusty's beans and they offer Bonsoy or Almond Breeze Barista Blend. Blends and Brothers' food menu is limited by the small kitchen, but there is still plenty of variety, ranging from breakfast burgers and fries to pancakes with nuts and fruit and bowls of wild rice with veggies and tofu. Desserts are in the window for afterwards. Even my mum was impressed and she's difficult to please.

I love Blend Brothers. I can get a coffee while my boys get there hair cut. The staff are always lovely. When one of my son's competed the Be Brave and Shave they were fantastic! Shaved his head for free,posed for photos. The place is fantastic variety of drinks, great coffee and milkshakes have special drink flavours to. They also do cakes and biscuits. Reasonably priced and the staff are a pleasure to be around. I will definitely go back again and again.

By far the best brew west of Parramatta and every food dish is stellar too! Espressos are silky smooth and the corn fritters come highly recommend. Play area for the kids next door.

Great coffee. Great food. New fav place to have a quiet coffee and watch the world go by. Unique menu , although I stuck to banana bread
