Whenever we are on vacation in Mallorca, we go to the Restaurant a minimum of 5 times. The service is excellent, this time we met a nice young woman from Colombia and another very friendly and helpful young man as well. In general everyone is friendly and respectful. A horrible experience. We order a Tomakau for two, we ask them to cut it for us and they refuse because they cannot handle the food. Then we understand that they don't cook...we have had to cut the meat ourselves, a disaster. The fried potato that accompanied the meat was terrible.
