Nice booths! However:Lobster Roll made me sick, smelled very fishy.Staff members were putting pressure on us to leave for only being there for 1.5 hours. Gave us our appetizers before we put in our entree orders since server never came back to our table.Hostesses were unfriendly and talking about customers and me right in front of me. Couldn't tell who was a hostess since they all looked pedestrian.
Great food with below average service. The sushi and sashimi platter and beef satay were otherworldly. The snapper wrapped in banana leaf was too mildly favored and a bit of a letdown. There were barely two other tables with patrons on a Sunday afternoon, yet our waitress was in a tearing hurry. The slightest bit of hesitation on our part to order would have her dart off to “give us more time”.
Great sushi and other food!My only complain is that the restaurant uses plastic containers for take out. The worst part is that most of these containers are not recyclable. Come on, Blossom, there are tons of wonderful paper containers now that can be used for most of your food now. In most cases, plastic containers are stopping me from ordering from you more often.
I really enjoy this restaurant, but I was a bit put off when the server brought the check and started cleaning the table while I was still eating. It made me feel rushed, especially since it was only 5pm and there were only two other tables occupied. This has happened to me before at this restaurant, which is disappointing. The sushi rice in the Chirashi was terrible and poorly presented, with very little fish and uninteresting sashimi pieces. The rice was overly mushy. The waitress cleared tables in a haphazard manner, similar to a truck stop. The greeter at the door rudely threw down menus and then walked away.
my go to place for sushi and other asian fare in this area.. a lovely location, well crafted food, excellent service!
I placed an online order and the food was prepared promptly. It was hot and incredibly tasty!
