For me, this is the equivalent of having 'The Hard Sell ' by retail! IKEA type convoluted layout, which means you have to, more or less, go around everything to get to what you want to see! Some really nice merchandise, and some it reasonably priced. Tried to get a baked potato in the hanger of a restaurant but was met with 30 mins delay minimum (this after my wife 's 'Afternoon Tea ' event proved to be a real disappointment due to having to leave due to it being ~60 minutes late on a previous recent visit). This is the sort of place I would try and avoid! BUT............ All staff were helpful and pleasant. AND......... My wife and adult daughters absolutely love it. So it 's not bad, just...

The disabled toilet had a wet sticky floor with toilet rolls over it. Went into the restaurant and was told it was a 40 minute wait for 3 coffees!! The shopping and service at the checkout was really good though
