This was our first visit. Pizza and fries were good, but the service....not so much. We walked in and the girl in the front said we can sit at the bar and I asked if they have any tables she looked around and said no (usually they'd tell you how long the wait would be but she didn't. She just said they don't have a table it was so hard to get words out of her) we decided to order to go. As we're waiting for our food we see an empty table and during our 30 min wait few people walked in and got a table, so 2,3 table opened up during that time, we could've just waited for a table! Since this restaurant is close to my workplace, I've ordered from here quite a few times. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not great. I placed an online order to be ready by 4 PM, as I had an appointment and needed to pick it up by 4:05 at the latest. When I arrived, the staff member said he'd be with me shortly, but then he took time to assist the bartender instead. I’m not sure what happened before I got there, but there was only one person sitting at the bar and another at a table, while I was left waiting to pick up my order. Been eating this pizza since 2015. The pizza is great. Good variety from traditional to specialty. The ingredients are fresh and it carries well for a few days. With that said I won’t eat there again. The wait staff are less than enthusiastic and sometimes can be downright unfriendly. My last visit this week found me with a large order and the front hostess was less than helpful. She sat my order on the front counter and walked away. She didn’t offer any assistance considering I had 6 pizzas and several wing orders. I think they feel as if they are doing me a favor by being there offering up pizza. There are plenty of pizza joints that are just as good and appreciate their customers.
WARNING: The food is excellent, but the wait times and staffing are terrible. We were told it would take 35 minutes for a pizza, but it ended up taking 90 minutes. This is the third consecutive time we've been informed that the kitchen is "a little short-staffed." Management, it's time to rethink your approach. Your kitchen remains under-staffed because you're not taking the necessary steps to improve it. Only you can resolve this issue, and I'm afraid it's likely to hurt your business in the long run. Called to verify an order placed online, got hung up on before they came back for confirmation. Called back, got confirmation the order would be correct. Got order and it was not correct. Called back to get the correct order sent, but was told we had to drive in and pick up the correct order from the store and pay for another pizza. We asked that it be comped, the lady on the phone said she would speak with the manager and placed us on hold until eventually someone hung up on us again. Will not order from there again, easy decision.
It had been a while I had pizza so I looked for a new pizza to try something different. Reviews were really good, so I ordered online. Below are my ratings on the scale of 10 Thai Chicken 7/10 nothing like I was expecting Buffalo Chicken 8/10 was good but too much cheese BBQ Chicken 9/10 out of all the pizzas I liked this Chicken Parmesan 8/10 was almost as expected Wings 9/10 I tried jerk spiced not so good, should have tried different Peanut butter Heath bar brownie 10/10 great
I had the best hostess and the best servers!! I made sure to get their names to write a good review. Rachel was so kind and sat us to our seat and made us feel very comfortable in the restaurant. Abby and Daphne were such hard workers and made sure we always had what we needed at all times!! Such amazing service
I really enjoyed this restaurant! It was a bit challenging to reach due to construction, but it was definitely worth it. The fries were especially fantastic, and our waitress was very friendly. The pizza was delicious and satisfying. I would definitely return! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Love their pizzas! Delivery was awesome. Hosted a luncheon for staff (order 2-3 hours in advance when ordering 12+ pizzas), everyone loved the variety from the vegetarian pizza to their white pizza.
