Jackson, from Blue Moose, took our order and was so nice. I offered to pay for our order over the phone, but he said that I could pay when we picked it up. During the waiting time I missed a phone call from David, the manager, that said your order will not be placed until you call us back and pay for it over the phone! My daughter went to go pick it up and the order had not been placed. She called me and put the manager on the phone. He was so rude it was ridiculous! I canceled the order and he hung up on me....never again!
I understand that with the worker shortage that menus maybe limited. But Blue Moose sends out a weekly email blast for the Sunday Brunch that says omelets, eggs cooked to order and even Eggs Benedict. False advertising!!! Cold food on the buffet only thing we could order off the grill was French Toast and it came out stone cold and raw in the middle. Wondered why there were no cars at 12:30 now I understand why.
This restaurant offers a fantastic brunch experience that is hard to find elsewhere. The food, including made-to-order French toast, omelettes, and Eggs Benedict, was delicious. The buffet line was impressive and the $6.00 mimosas and ****** Mary's were also great. However, it is important to make a reservation for Sunday brunch as the restaurant fills up quickly due to its popularity. Overall, 5 stars.
the menu has been optimized due to personal shortage. they will be happy to find something they want to eat here. I didn't have to let myself in for a big burger. it is regrettable because I liked this restaurant, but now I probably don't go back. I'm generous with three stars. our waitress was very friendly and deserved five stars.
very nice casual atmosphere. I had the buffalo chicken sluice and it was excellent. the perfect amount of warmth to it and the big package. anyone looking for a light meal could easily share this plate with another person. our waiter was also very helpful.
Best place for steaks and hamburgers, Lauren was our waitress she was so nice and very helpful with the menu, we're gonna ask for her next time we're there!
